What does a BALÜGA e-Warranty cover and does not cover?

The BALÜGA warranty is valid only for twenty-four (24) months from the date of original purchase from official BALÜGA channel of sales in Malaysia, and for one-time claim only.

The warranty is subject to the following provisions:

  • The product warranty shall apply to manufacturing defects due to faulty materials or workmanship; and the company's liability is limited to repair and / or replacement of defective products / parts only.
  • The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in the manual.
  • The product is limited for domestic / household use only. Any form of usage for commercial OR Small Home Business will automatically void this warranty.
  • This warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by unauthorized repair. It does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consumable parts. The company disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential loss or damages.
  • Proof of purchase including but not limited to the Invoice for the product must be provided for any warranty claim. The company at its sole discretion may disqualify claims or immediately terminate this warranty and treat this warranty as null and void, upon occurrence of the excluded events or violation of any of the terms and conditions under this warranty.
  • If the Warranty Period has expired; or if any other conditions of the warranty are not met; or if no proof of purchase is available, the product may be serviced or replaced for a fee depending on condition & availability of parts, as may be determined by the company at its sole discretion.
  • The product will be returned to the customer if the defect is not covered by this warranty or if the product is found to be non-defective after inspection.
